MiLLER COUNTY, Mo. – A teenager received a felony charge when she was arrested Tuesday in Miller County.
Alyssa Cupp, 17, of Columbia, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. yesterday and charged with felony delivery of less than 35 grams of marijuana and a second charge for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was placed on a 24 hour hold, according to a report obtained from Missouri State Highway Patrol.
