COLUMBIA, Mo. -A Columbia teenager has been charged and ordered not to set foot on any property owned or operated by the Columbia School District.
Police say school resource officers 
were called when administrators smelled marijuana coming from Jered McPike, 17, Wednesday morning. At the office of Battle High School, McPike is accused of striking one administrator as she took a baggie from McPike’s pocket. McPike hit another administrator with a door as he bolted from the room and ran into another administrator before being subdued by responding officers.
McPike was charged Wednesday afternoon with felony delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana and two felony counts of assault.
