CASS COUNTY, Mo. – The remains of body found in rural Cass County, is another missing Kansas City teenager.
Vernece A. Brown, 18, was as last seen on February 14 of this year in the Kansas
City Metro area. Mushroom hunters discovered the human remains on Friday of last week, in some woods near South Mopac Road, between 235th and 239th Streets.
The Kansas City Police Department says Brown was last seen in the 3600 block of Bales Avenue.
